Woodward Copper Summer Day Camps begin Aug. 8
Experience everything the Woodward Barn has to offer in a day camp format
COPPER MOUNTAIN, Colo. — August 4, 2016 — Woodward Copper is adding two more weeks to Summer Camp with Woodward Copper Day Camps. Campers will experience everything the Woodward Barn facility has to offer in a day camp format geared towards learning and fun.
Campers can choose from two different weeks in August for just $299. Week 1 runs Aug. 8-12, and Week 2 runs Aug. 15-19. Day Camps will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Mornings are spent jumping, tumbling and bouncing on the spring floor and trampolines. After a break for lunch, afternoons will be focused on skiing and riding the Skatelite jumps into foam pits. Experienced coaches will be present to encourage progression and offer expert tips to help campers reach their individual goals. Available sports include snowboard, ski, skateboard, BMX and scooter. The Woodward Barn is the ultimate indoor playground for all ages and abilities. The Barn contains 19,400 square feet of features focused on progression, building confidence and having fun. Olympic-grade flybed trampolines, a Supertramp, tumble track and spring floor all provide a safe environment to get a feel for being in the air. Skatelite jumps combined with ParkskiTM and Burton’s ParkboardTM technology simulate being on snow, allowing campers to practice tricks into foam.
