Don’t let the false stigma associated with the cost of your dream ski trip keep you away from the hill. There are great deals to take advantage of at Copper Mountain this season; you just need to know where to look! (Hint: Right Here.) Whether you’re looking for a quick overnight trip or a longer weekend away, there are discounts to suit each and every budget. Not sure how to find this year’s ski season steals? Continue on to get your fill, so you can catch the powder while it’s still fresh!

How do I book direct?

Instead of spending hours at the computer (or on your phone) scrolling through third-party hotel bookers, go straight to the source! Copper Mountain’s lodging agents have the intel on all of the best rates that a robot simply cannot always relay. First thing’s first: Dial 888-760-7561, and get connected to your Copper vacay specialist. Next, make sure you know the length of your trip, as well as the size of your party and your lodging preferences. Then, your agent will give you the rundown on this season’s current onsite promotions.

3 is Magic

Three certainly becomes your magic number – if it isn’t already – thanks to a free night when you stay three nights, minimum. If you’re planning a getaway with the kiddies, this package also offers a “Kids Ski Free” promotion, as long as you buy a two-day adult lift ticket, so your savings run even deeper. Additionally, you will receive 33 percent off equipment rentals of three to seven days, as well as 33 percent off Woodward lessons and Copper Tubing (when you purchase two or more one-hour sessions). If you’re still on the fence, you better act fast, because this special ends on February 25th! (The Kids Ski Free promotion add-on ends on February 4.)

Fourth Night FREE

If you’ve got a longer weekend of four nights to spare, where better a place to spend them than smack in the middle (and atop) Copper? Call the Copper lodging team and find out how you can save 100 percent on your fourth night! Unlike 3 is Magic, which requires a three-day stay, you can still save with this deal, as long as you commit to two nights at the base. For a two-nighter, you’ll still get hooked up with 50 percent off your stay, so everybody wins! Additionally, you can purchase a secret access pass for $30 per day, which gives you a 15-minute head start to hit first chair, as well as admission to the secret access line, which lessens your lift wait times – think Disney, only with a different type of Snow White!

Last Chance

When a big storm hits on a day trip, and you can’t get home from the mountains, Copper’s got you covered! The Last Chance promo provides you with up to 40 percent off last-minute lodging (same-day requests are best), so you can hang your hat and lay your head until the snow clears. Keep in mind that Last Chance deals are only available when rooms are free, so make sure to chat with a reservations specialist as soon as you know you’re stuck in town (things could be worse). Take advantage of this killer deal through February 7th.

So, what’s next?

Now that you’ve sorted out your lodging, there is plenty to do at Copper Mountain – beyond the obvious shred fest. You can:

Go ice skating. Access to the West Lake rink is free, but skate rentals are not (unless you B.Y.O.). However, for just $10, you can practice lutzes and axels to your heart’s content!

Embark on a snowshoeing adventure. With FREE advanced (morning) and family-friendly (afternoon) tour access, take a chilly adventure, and put in some legwork, too. Snowshoe rentals are $20.

Ride the Rocky Mountain Coaster. Sitting just by the American Flyer lift, give the alpine coaster a whirl – but make sure weather conditions are clear, and prepare for long wait times on weekends and holidays. Tickets are $10 for kids and $25 for adults (or $20 with an online pre-booking).

Hit the Tubing Hill. Get a whimsical, relaxing rush after a long day on the slopes. Fun for the whole family, or just a rowdy crew of friends, group tubing rates (your best deal) start at just $22 an hour!

Crash the Critterland party. With the little ones in tow, enjoy the enchantment of a tunnel-clad snow den, a mini tubing hill and a crooked house for hide-and-go-seek. The best part is – access to this powdery playground is at no cost.

Take a FREE snowcat ride. Experience parts of Copper you never dreamed you’d see. With access to both stunning Tucker Mountain and the Copper Bowl, you can hitch a free ride to Copper’s self-proclaimed “backcountry” from Friday through Sunday, between 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Catch the cat at the base of the Mountain Chief chairlift.

Get a workout in (and some spa time). If you’re an exercise enthusiast who can’t get enough, make sure to take advantage of your complimentary access to the Copper Athletic Club with any official Copper lodging stay. Need some pampering? Check out the spa rates on elevated facials and massages galore!

Ask about lift ticket discounts. Any time you book your stay directly through Copper, make sure to ask your agent about the best lift ticket deals, which start as low as $85 per day!

Utilize the shuttle service. Warm and cozy, both in climate and driver, the complimentary Copper Mountain shuttles run from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week!

Grab the essentials. With an onsite market, plenty of souvenir shops, gear stores and fashionable outposts, shop ‘til you drop (then, hit the Eagle Oxygen bar and chug plenty of water).

Eat, drink, après. From barbecue to brews, and cookies to crafty cocktails – and SO much more – Copper caters to food and drink aficionados like no other mountain! With more than 30 on- and off-mountain outposts, you have no excuse to EVER deprive yourself of a great meal or a satisfying sip.
